Coach Dalton has been the head coach of the Lady Bulldogs varsity program since its inception in 2011. In 2015, she guided the Lady Bulldogs to the program's first-ever Area 4 title and its first playoff victory, reaching the state quarterfinals. In 2017, the Lady Bulldogs reached the final four, and Coach Dalton was named Gwinnett County Coach of the Year. She teaches Language Arts at North Gwinnett and also serves as coach of the JV football cheerleading squad. Coach Dalton played lacrosse for four years at Northview High School in Fulton County. She attended the University of Georgia, playing three years for the UGA club lacrosse program before graduating in 2011 and joining the staff at North Gwinnett. Coach Dalton also serves as coach for the Eagle Stix club lacrosse program. She lives in Forsyth County with her husband, Connor, and her son, Everett. Coach Dalton is excited and prepared to continue to grow the legacy of lacrosse at North Gwinnett. The program's mission to develop strong athletes and strong young women will continue to be achieved through the actions and words of Coach Dalton and her coaching staff.

Jeff Gorke - Community Coach
Coach Gorke has been a strong advocate for and is passionate about the growth of women’s lacrosse in the Suwanee area. He has been coaching for the past 5 years, mainly at the youth level (6th – 8th graders) and in the off season with the high school girls. In addition to coaching at North Gwinnett this season, he also coaches the NGLA 8th grade girls’ team. Jeff is a US Lacrosse Level 2 certified women’s coach, a Georgia High School Association (GHSA) certified community coach, certified via the Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA), and is preparing to finish training as a women’s lacrosse official. This is his first year as a coach with NGHS.
Jeff graduated from Temple University and the University of Richmond where he received bachelors and master’s degrees, respectively. Growing up in Connecticut playing ice hockey, baseball, and football, Jeff continues to play ice hockey in men’s leagues in Gwinnett County. He works for a national healthcare advisory firm and lives with his wife, Pam, in Suwanee along with their daughters, Maddie and Haley, who are seniors on the North Gwinnett girls’ varsity lacrosse team.
Sarah Nudleman - Goalie Coach & Assistant Varsity Coach
Sarah Nudelman is excited to be joining the North Gwinnett coaching staff as Goalie and Assistant Varsity Coach. Sarah grew up playing for Lambert High School before attending Young Harris. In 2015, Sarah was named Division II Independent League Goalie of the year. She ranked 22nd in the United States for all Division II Goalies. Sarah has worked with Atlanta Stampede, private goalie instruction, and most recently coached two seasons at Lambert High School as Assistant Varsity Coach. During her last season at Lambert, Sarah helped coach the Longhorns to the semifinals for Georgia 7A playoffs and a Top 10 finish in the Georgia final rankings. While Sarah is coaching this season, she will be finishing up her degree in Kinesiology and Teacher Education at University of North Georgia. She looks forward to furthering her career and a winning season with the North Gwinnett Bulldogs!
